Are these classes for Women only?

Yes, the posted classes are for Women only. Feel free to exercise in a non-judgmental safe environment. So focus or shake your booty, laugh or sing and get a great workout at the same time.

What is the class age range?

We are proud to be able to teach participants from 12 years old to 100. Participants must be of sound mind and be well behaved. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent and or guardian and the parent and or guardian must sign a waiver. Participants 16 to 18 do not need a parent or guardian but must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. So come, and practice with us moms, grand moms, sisters, daughters, friends and aunties.

What type of clothing should I wear?

Yoga pants and yoga clothing is good and can be found in any clothing store. Stretch pants and t-shirts are great too. Note: the t-shirt should be fitted as we frequently bend with hands down.

Do participants need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all participants in the class must sign a waiver; this includes name and address, phone, email and emergency number. We keep your waiver on file. You need to fill it out once. It is the responsibility of the participant to update the information as needed. All information is kept confidential.

Are there any picture taking or videos taken during class?

No, we completely respect the privacy of each student. There are no hidden cameras or video cameras in use during our classes. Please do not take any photos during class.

Are phones, ipads, notebooks, or any media allowed in the dojo (studio) during class?

We expect all phones, ipads or any media to be silent during class. Any attention to media during class is highly disrespectful to the teacher. You will be asked to leave or go in the hall way if your phone or media is active. We understand emergency. Just simply walk into the hallway if you need to be on the phone and talk quietly.

Are there mats and supplies available?

We have some mats available for use at no charge for in-person classes. Sometimes we may use light weights, balls and straps and these are supplied by NurYoga. Online students will need to use their own supplies.

How do you accept payment?

We accept Cash, Check and Venmo.
